Errol is the Director of Strategy and Product Marketing for Experience Driven Commerce. For almost 2 decades, he has helped brands innovate shopping experiences and transform themselves into omnichannel leaders. Starting as an internet entrepreneur in 1996, he’s been riding the ecommerce roller coaster embracing a wide range of challenges from working on Intershop’s first enterprise commerce platform to launching early Chinese commerce sites and helping the world’s leading brands with their ecommerce strategy. When he’s not geeking out on all things ecommerce, Errol is can be found on his mountain bike somewhere in the Santa Cruz mountains.
