PINO is the leading supplier for Physiotherapists and Spas in Europe. In recent years PINO underwent a digital transformation and implemented agile techniques to meet future demands.

In the meantime, digitization has also arrived in the B2B environment and more and more B2B companies of various sizes and industries are starting out in e-commerce. The potential here is sometimes enormous, but it is important to break away from familiar patterns and rethink sales processes. The standardization of processes plays a very important role. Pino has already been successfully operating B2B e-commerce for many years and had to take some lessons especially in the early days. In the talk, Pino allows a glimpse behind the scenes and explains why keywords such as agility, scalability, openness and the cloud have become enormously important in order to remain competitive in the international environment.
